This Nova Lohas service draws on aromatherapy scent exploration, with a focus on emotional support and companionship. It does not provide medical care or psychotherapy.

During aroma companionship, plant cards invite you to notice your feelings and explore a fresh perspective through botanical imagery. They support conversation and self-awareness; they are not medical diagnosis or psychotherapy.

• Sun exposure

  Some essential oils are phototoxic. Keep treated skin out of strong sunlight and follow the sun-avoidance instructions for the actual blend.

• Simple use

  For external use only; do not swallow. Inhale or apply as directed on the product.

• Diluted formula

  Massage oil is diluted, but avoid eyes, mucous membranes and damaged skin. Stop using it if irritation occurs.

• Seek advice first

  If pregnant or breastfeeding, using for an infant or young child (especially under three), or living with epilepsy or a neurological condition, impaired liver or kidney function, G6PD deficiency, cancer, severe allergies or asthma, or receiving treatment, seek advice from a professional familiar with your health and the actual product. Suitable ages and concentrations depend on the finished product, not the scent name alone.

  Keep in a cool, dry, dark place out of reach of children and pets.

No. The service focuses on listening, scent exploration and everyday self-care. It does not provide medical diagnosis, disease treatment or psychotherapy, and does not replace medical or mental-health care.

It may suit people seeking time to express and notice their feelings, including long-term caregivers, people and families receiving palliative care, and those experiencing grief or life transitions.

Not at all. Aroma companionship can be booked on its own. A custom massage oil or candle is entirely optional and chosen according to your preferences and needs.

Fees depend on what you need, such as whether you add a custom massage oil and whether the session is online or in person. Tell me a little about your situation on WhatsApp and I'll reply with suitable options and fees. Products and group workshops are quoted separately according to quantity, packaging, group size, location and topic.

Yes. Online sessions can include a WhatsApp card draw and written reflection, followed by a phone or video appointment. In-person arrangements are available in the Klang Valley; elsewhere in Malaysia, sessions are online.

Perfume, massage oils and candles use pure essential oils. Candles use natural wax and contain no fragrance oils or synthetic fragrances.

Maturation gives the alcohol and essential oils time to blend, and the scent can change over time. Wait about a month before trying it; if the alcohol is still prominent, wait another two weeks.

Yes. Scent, quantity and packaging can be discussed and confirmed for each gift order. Each candle is handmade to order for freshness and quality, and delivery time depends on the quantity and requirements. Rush orders are generally unavailable, so please order ahead.

Custom massage oils and candles are usually prepared and mailed within 1–2 weeks, and can be sent throughout Malaysia. Please contact me to confirm postage and free-shipping arrangements.

Workshops are held at your specified venue, including outside the Klang Valley. Please book 1–2 months ahead and share the group size, location and topic for a quote. A 50% deposit confirms the booking. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations within 30 days; rescheduling can be discussed. Chinese is the preferred language for workshops.
